Support Local Resident Running the Boston Marathon!

As many of you know, our miracle daughter Cailin was born on 8/9/11 and weighed 2 lbs. 13 oz. as she was born prematurely at 33 weeks. Her birth followed 7 weeks of Beth Ann being hospitalized with severe preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome. Last year, Beth Ann and I ran the Boston Marathon in record 91 degree temperatures to raise funds for the Ace Bailey Children's Foundation.

The Ace Bailey Children's Foundation was founded by Ace's family after he died in the terrorist attacks of 9/11 and all funds go to the Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center in Boston where Cailin was born and stayed in the NICU.

This year, Beth Ann is running the marathon again with our friend Jillian to raise funds again for the Ace Bailey Children's Foundation. We would be honored if you would consider assisting our goal of raising $5,000 for the Ace Bailey Children's Foundation with a donation today. Additionally, if you are on Facebook and could help by "Liking" a couple of pages, the links are below:

Your donation, regardless of size, can ensure that families such as ours are as fortunate as we are to have received the amazing care of the Floating Hospital and to ensure that they too will have a healthy, happy one year old who without such care might be telling a different story.

Thanks for your consideration. If you have you questions, please email me at aroundthebogs@gmail.com.

Sincerely,
